Outgoing Chief Legal and Policy Officer: Adam Ciongoli
Will step down on 1 December after the conclusion of his contract.
Will assume the role of Special Advisor to the company until 30 June 2028.
Incoming General Counsel: Nicholas Trutanich
Current position: Executive Vice President and Principal Deputy General Counsel.
Will report directly to Executive Chair and CEO Lachlan Murdoch.
Background includes service as U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada and experience in litigation, ethics, and compliance.
